Events for the Montana Disability Community

Meetings, workshops, and gatherings across the state

The Montana Council on Developmental Disabilities hosts and participates in events that bring together individuals, families, advocates, and community partners. These gatherings provide opportunities to learn, connect, and contribute to conversations shaping disability services and advocacy across Montana.

Council Meetings and Public Forums

Opportunities to participate in statewide discussions

The Council holds regular meetings and public forums where individuals can learn about current initiatives and share feedback. These gatherings often include updates on policy efforts, community projects, and statewide planning.

Many meetings are open to the public and may include both in-person and virtual participation options to make attendance easier for individuals across Montana.

Workshops and Community Events

Learning opportunities for advocates and families

Throughout the year, the Council supports workshops, training sessions, and community events focused on disability advocacy, leadership development, and resource sharing. Event listings are updated regularly and may include conferences, advocacy events, and collaborative gatherings hosted with partner organizations across Montana.

If you have an event relevant to the developmental disability community, you’re welcome to share it with our team for consideration on the calendar.
