Access Board
The Access Board is responsible for developing and maintaining accessibility requirements for the built environment, transit vehicles, telecommunications equipment, and for electronic and information technology, providing technical assistance and training on these guidelines and standards, and enforcing accessibility standards for federally funded facilities. Coordinating Council on Access and Mobility
"The Council has funded projects to identify, document, and disseminate successful coordination practices to recipients of Federal assistance, and has supported other activities to develop an extensive knowledge base and enhance the capabilities of community transportation operators."
