MEET THE STAFF
The Council's Executive Director is Deborah Swingley.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: In accordance with federal and state law and policies, and under the direction of the Council, this position is responsible for the administration of Council Programs and funding, directs the Council's planning activities, develops and administers the annual budget, supervises Council staff and implements the annual work approved by the Council.

The Council's Grant and Contract Manager is Dee Burrell.
GRANT AND CONTRACT MANAGER: Under the supervision of the Executive Director, this position develops and manages contracts, assists in managing the Council's grant program, staffs the Councils Evaluation Committee, coordinates the Awareness Month Poster Contest, maintains and updates the Directory of Services, makes necessary travel arrangements for Council members, processes travel vouchers and travel advances.
