WHY: MT Council on Developmental Disabilities and the Developmental Disabilities Program of the Department of Public Health and Human Services would like your input on what you consider to be the needs of the current service delivery system. The Department will use this information in its planning activities, and the Council will use your input in developing its next 5-Year Plan-of-Action (FFY2012-2016).
Specifically, we’d like your input around the following areas; education, employment, transportation, housing, recreation, health care, quality assurance and community inclusion.
